How do I place my order with the Fuel Meal Prep?

You can either go online and check out our menu or call us at 909-587-8492.

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

Yes. A minimum of 10 meals must be placed.

Am I enrolled in a subscription that will be recurring every week?

Yes, after you place your first order, you will be enrolled in a subscription that will automatically charge your original payment method for a recurring order.

How do I change my previous week's meal selection?

You may login to your user account on our website to change, pause or cancel your meal selection until Friday at midnight.

What is the cutoff time to place my order?

The cutoff time to place your order is by Friday at Midnight PST for the following week’s delivery. For example, if you place your order by Friday the 12th, your meals will be delivered on Tuesday, the 16th.

Are the containers microwave safe?


How long do the Fuel Meal Prep meals last?

It depends on how much you order.  However, we do recommend that you freeze the meals right away after picking them up to extend its freshness.

For how long do I heat my meals in the microwave?

If frozen, put in microwave for 3-4 minutes. If refrigerated, about 2-3 minutes.

Do you offer FTDI/HardBody/Keto meal options?

Yes. We are partnered with the Camp Transformation Center and offer all of the meal types that are associated with The Camp programs.

I am currently doing a challenge with The Camp. Do you accommodate or have special packages offering meal prep?

Yes! We have 6-week packages that are designed specifically for the 6-week challenges.  We offer these packages at a discounted price, sending out up to 21 meals per week (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

What if I need to cancel/change my order?

Any changes must be made before the order deadline. However, we will try our best to accommodate other circumstances that are out of the customers’ control.

Where will I pick up my meals?

We are currently delivering meals to certain Camp locations located across the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego. A list of our pickup locations are on the drop-down menu of our website. We are also planning to offer at-home delivery services soon.

What if I cannot pick up my meals on time?

Please arrange to have a family member or friend pick up your meals for you. The meals will be left at the delivery location that you selected.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee your meals will be refrigerated if left waiting at the camp location.
